OSMO PREP, the 28 Tablets Prep

Number-1, First Dosing Regimen1- Begin you first dosing regimen the day prior to the exam2- Follow your doctor´s instructions about what you can and cannot eat or drink
3- Take 4 OSMO PREP tablets with at least 8 ounces of any clear liquid (WATER or any CLEAR carbonated beverage or any CLEAR juice) every 15 minutes

DO NOT EXCEED 20 TABLETS
REMINDER- Remain close to the toilet facilities

Number-2, the Second Regimen
See below for the start time the 2nd dose
1- Follow your doctor´s instructions about what you can and cannot eat or drink
2- Take 4 OSMO PREP tablets with at least 8 ounces of any clear liquid (WATER or any CLEAR carbonated beverage or any CLEAR juice) every 15 minutes

DO NOT EXCEED 8 TABLETS
REMINDER- Remain close to the toilet facilities

Take the 1st dose of the OSMO PREP at 6 P.M., the day before the exam. Take the 2nd dose of OSMO PREP at ____P.M. the day before the exam

TAKE 4 TABLETS EVERY 15 MINUTES



IMPORTANT: For the best results please drink at least 8 ounces of clear liquid with each dose (Please observe below for the approved liquids). Drink as much additional liquids as you can tolerate. With the last dose in each regimen, drink 12 ounces of ginger ale (regular or diet)

APPROVED LIQUIDS
Liquids which you can see through if held up to the light. They CANNOT be red. Examples include apple juice, white grape juice, white cranberry juice, tea, water, 7 Up, Sprite, ginger ale, Fresca, bouillon or strained chicken broth. You may have lemon or lime Jell-o and lemon or lime Popsicles or sorbet. Please avoid poppy seeds and sesame seeds for one week before the exam.

Note: Be sure to complete your prescribed dosing regimen as directed by your physician. Wait at least 15 minutes between each dose. Do not take OSMO PREP tablets with seven day of the previous administration. It is recommended that you do not take additional laxatives or any product containing SODUIM PHOSPHATE while taking OSMO PREP tablets. For further information consult your physician
